This Refund & Returns Policy applies to products purchased through the Lincoln-Martí Schools online store at lincolnmarti.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within [30] days of the delivery or pickup date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and because certain items are made or customized to order, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
• Personalized, embroidered, or custom-made items;
• Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”; and

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@lincoln-marti.com or (305) 642-1000 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, the fastest way is to contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
