Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, such as the start of the school year, processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once it has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped with a commercial carrier, and delivery time depends on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is currently free on orders shipped to Florida addresses. Any shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email so you can follow the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
